The processing time for personalized items is 2 - 5 business days from the day we receive your email approving your personalized proof and, if applicable, your addresses for envelope and label printing.
This processing time estimate is based on one-round of proofing for custom orders. If your order requires additional proofing rounds, your turn-around time may be affected.
For non-personalized items, our processing time is 2 - 4 business days from the day your order is placed.

FedEx: $10.95 (3 business days*)
USPS Ground: $5.95 ( 5 - 7 business days*)
International: $20.95 (5 business days)

Rush Orders --
We try our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible. However, since many of our items are personalized, we do not offer rush order service.
There is one exception ... if you are in need of an item and it is in stock, we can offer you expedited shipping. Just contact our sales staff with your inquiry and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
International Shipping --
We are happy to deliver your order to any location serviced by FedEx. Please note that the turn around time on International orders may be longer. Project Invite is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen issues outside of our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes, and please note that you may be liable for additional customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements.

Returns & Exchanges
We believe you will be happy with your order, but for any reason that you are not satisfied, please contact us so that we can determine the best way to address your concern.
Full refunds can be issued on non-personalized, unopened and unused items returned within 15 days of receipt of delivery. Personalized items are not eligible for return or refund. If you find any issue or something wrong with an item you receive, we vow to make it right. In the rare event that your personalized items were damaged or flawed upon arrival, please contact us within 15 days for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

1. Your order #
2. Brief description of why you would like to return it
3. Your preference for a replacement, exchange, or refund
4. For refund or replacement - email a photo illustrating the issue and we will contact you
5. For exchange - please note the item you prefer instead and we will contact you
